Gympie Mum's Boudoir Photography Shoot

Christine recently asked me if I would photograph her and create some beautiful boudoir images.
Christine is a mother of two from Gympie, and turns forty later this year. She's never had any great pictures of herself taken, and as a mature woman now felt she had the confidence to take the plunge and book a professional shoot.
The session was shot in her own home with her own clothing and props.
Her make-up was done by Sandy from Angelink Cosmetic Tattooing, although I should mention that in this case the make-up was not "tattooed" or permanent! The shoot was great, and you can see from the photos how fantastic Christine looks.

Christine had this to say:
"I have always been somewhat uncomfortable in my own skin, always feeling a little insecure. The pictures I used to see of women in magazines always intimidated me and made me feel 'less than'. As I approach the big "4 O'  though I'm more confident than I have ever been, something about not being so caught up with what other people think about me, and more interested in how I feel about myself. I'd seen some of Bernie's work of a friend of mine and just felt now was the time to treat myself. Don't get me wrong, I was a little nervous about being photographed in lingerie, and wondered how the pictures might turn out, but as you can see from the end results I needn't have worried at all, I LOVE the pictures!

 Bernie was very professional; I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed during the shoot, and I was given straightforward direction and advice on posing that was tasteful and easy to follow. I cannot say how great a positive boost to my confidence the whole experience has been. I no longer feel 'less than', I feel confident, beautiful and very comfortable in my own skin.
